Savaterre is a boutique winery near Beechworth, Victoria, founded by Keppell Smith in 1996. The 40-hectare property sits at 440m elevation, with 8 hectares of close-planted chardonnay and pinot noir at 7,500 vines/ha, plus shiraz and sagrantino. The vineyard is named among Australia's top 25, producing wines with Burgundian finesse.
