About the Winery
Santolin Wines was founded in 2012 by Adrian and Rebecca Santolin, who invested their house deposit into a barrel and two tonnes of Pinot Noir. The multi-award-winning Yarra Valley producer is known for pure-fruited, site-driven Pinots served in Qantas International Business Class and top restaurants.
