About the Winery
Saint & Scholar is owned by Ed Peter, Dirk Wiedmann and Reid Bosward, with 50 hectares of vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Winemaker Stephen Dew and viticulturist Nigel van der Zande produce Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz.
