About the Winery

A tiny family winery in the Swan Valley run by Dorham Mann (son of legendary WA winemaker Jack Mann) and daughter Anthea. They produce just two sparkling wines - a Brut Rosé from Cabernet Sauvignon and a white sparkling from their unique patented Cygne Blanc grape (Australia's only truly indigenous variety), made by traditional method and hand-riddled.
